Hong-Kong côté plage

Après une petite absence dûe à un retour en France (travail avec un peu de vacances), me voici de retour à Hong-Kong !

Je l'ai sans doute déjà dit, mais pour moi Hong-Kong = grande ville + montagnes + mer. Et c'est ce que j'aime dans cette ville. Afin de pouvoir découvrir ce côté nature et les endroits un peu moins connus de Hong-Kong, j'ai investi dans un livre de randos et balades (parfois thématiques même) qui promènent le lecteur motivé dans diverses parties de la S.A.R. (Special Administrative Region) chinoise. Ces randonnées et balades ont l'air tellement sympas que je viens de me fixer comme objectif de toutes les faire (41 quand même s'il vous plait !) d'ici à ce que je parte de HK !! Ca me laisse a priori au moins 2 ans, ça devrait être faisable, non ? Après ça, je pourrais dire que je connais bien HK, et vous aussi par la même occasion. ;-)

Pour étrenner le livre, j'ai fait une des balades les plus courtes (on commence progressivement ^^), mais qui était très agréable. On a longé la côte sud-ouest de l'île de HK en rejoignant 2 baies, Deep Water Bay et Repulse Bay. Comme on est parti en fin de journée, la luminosité était superbe, toute douce et rosée. Un petit côté Martin Parr par moments, non ?  ;-)

After a short period of absence due to a trip to France, I'm finally back to HK!

I probably already said it before, but for HK = big city + mountains + sea. And that's what I lik in this city. In order to be able to discover this nature side and also the secret places of HK, I bought a book about hikes and tours (even thematic sometimes) that allow the reader to go for a walk in different areas of the Chinese S.A.R. (Special Administrative Region). It looks so nice that I just decided to do all of them (41!!)before I leave HK!! That leaves me at least 2 years, should be alright, don't you think? When I'm done, I will be able to say that I know HK really well, and so do you.  ;-)

To begin my 41 tours, I started with one of the shortest walks, but very nice one though. We followed the south-west coast of HK Island, along 2 bays, Deep Water Bay and Repulse Bay. As we went there at the end of the day, the light was wonderful, soft and rosy. Kind of like Martin Parr sometimes, don't you think?  ;-)

Your brother is in HK? I didn't know! Next time you come visit him, let me know, it would be great to see you.

Yeah, too bad your brother bought a car, I personally love to take the ferry in HK, it's really nice. There are a lot of walks to do in HK, I love it. It's true that there are shark nets around all beaches in HK, but for the moment no sharks, luckily! I think that no shark has been seen for a long time in HK... We'll see! ;-)

Now that my brother has decided to have a car in Hong Kong, I no longer take the ferry to and from Kowloon, and that's as far as my adventures in Hong Kong go. Great to know there's more to Hong Kong. But beware of sharks? A few years back, there were reports of sharks on the beaches of Hong Kong. See you back in Tokyo, Emilie.
